practicing self-defence, striking, and kicking techniques for Martial
Arts such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Sparring, Kenpo, Kung Pu, and Kick
Boxing.
Skin is made of high strength plastisol and inner cavity is filled with durable urethane foam - can be struck with bare hands, elbows or feet. Height adjustable from 5' 10" to 6'2" (8 adjustments). Fill base with sand for maximum stability (weighs approximately 270lbs when filled). Rounded base for easy relocation.
