The Life Fitness X7 elliptical cross trainer electronic Adjustable Stride cross trainer offers the ultimate in customization and comfort with features such as on-the-fly electronic stride adjustments and an even lower impact ellipse motion.

• The lower Activity Zone provides easily accessible stride length and resistance level changes while the built-in LCD display shows stride length, resistance level, and displays the muscles you're currently working
