You may order by telephone, email or online.

Delivery is free to UK mainland delivery. The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, KE please contact us directly for a quotation. We do not ship overseas.

We personally carry out deliveries, with guaranteed delivery times, within a 50-mile radius. For all other deliveries please allow 7 to 10 working days. Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm weekdays. A signature is required on delivery of your goods, so please fill in our Special Delivery box if you would prefer it left at a specific location or with a neighbour (please note: we reserve the right to pass on extra delivery charges if customer is not present to receive the goods).

We accept payment by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta. Payment is taken upon receipt of order. Out of stock items are not charged until they are shipped. If paying by cheque, please allow 14 days for your goods to arrive to allow for cheque clearance.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch of the Products ordered to you, unless we notify you that your order was cancelled or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are liable for any and all freight charges incurred. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal.

Our special offers are subject to availability and we cannot be held responsible or offer any compensation should a product promoted on our website no longer becomes available.
